Well, Jon and I were denied a spot to race in the Logan to Jackson Bike Race. This was the first year they did a lottery instead of first come first serve. We're a little bummed, but I'm sure there will be other semi-crazy things to aspire to.
In other news, we have lots of activities in the coming month. My Oma and Opa come out Memorial Day to help send off my cousin on a mission and will be staying for about a week. I want to have a BBQ while they are in town now that I have a backyard and a grill. The weekend after that Jon's family all hope to go up to Bear Lake and boat and stay the his grandparents cabin as everyone will be in town for the wedding the following weekend.
I guess this means we'll have to keep the house clean...

I'm jealous of your backyard and grill! Hopefully I will be a proud owner of those two things one of these days. :) Grill one up for me!
Ditto to Jess' comment. Benjy and I are trying to make it to Bear Lake this summer too. We have always wanted to go but have never made it. Let us know what you think of it.
I'm sorry that you two won't get to participate in the Logan to Jackson Bike Race. I hope you're able to do some other monumental trip. Maybe you could bike to Berkeley. I don't think crossing the Sierra Nevadas would be that bad (actually our Ford Escort barely made it).
